It appears to be a monster-size yellow diamond-15 or so carats, give or take-set in yellow gold, with maybe some more bling embedded in the gold. I'm hoping along with the ring her fiance gave her some hired help to carry around her left hand, because that ring looks HEAVY! Let's get a closer look.
